Asal Kau Bahagia Tells An Unusual Teenage Romance, Aliando Syarief Gets Two-Timed!
Aliando Syarief returns with his latest movie ‘Asal Kau Bahagia’.
In the film, Aliando (Ali) stars alongside Aurora Ribero, Teuku Rassya, and Dewa Dayana.
The filming of ‘Asal Kau Bahagia’ has taken 28 days, which was done in Jakarta, Bogor, and Pacitan.
In ‘Asal Kau Bahagia’, the cast used their actual nicknames.
The director, Rako Prijanto, in his visit to Grid.ID on Friday (16/11/18) said that ‘Asal Kau Bahagia’ has a rather complex story.
Aliando’s character faces a dilemma after being two-timed by his girlfriend, Aurora Ribero.
Aurora explains about her character in ‘Asal Kau Bahagia’.
“I play a popular girl, an extrovert, who is the opposite of the boyfriend, Ali,” said Aurora to Grid.ID.
Dewa plays Dewa, who is Ali’s best friend.
“My character in this movie is short-thinking, comedic, spontaneous, and the only one who can see Aliando’s roaming spirit,” said Dewa to Grid.ID.
In the story, Ali gets into a terrible car accident that leaves him in a comma.
But although his body is lying helpless between life and death, his spirit goes about like a normal person.
Aurora is one of the reason Ali fights on to recuperate and wake up from his comma.
Ali doesn’t want the girlfriend he loves so much to stay sad about his condition.
But as time goes by, Ali finds out about things he never knew before.
A huge secret that Aurora has been hiding from him.
The big secret connected to their relationship, and Teuku Rasya.
Behind the teenage romance, Rako also said that ‘Asal Kau Bahagia’ also shows conflicts with family and surroundings.
“This movie actually is about humanity, which just happened to be portrayed by teens, because I’m sure the problems are faced by all ages, and if we’re talking about if this movie is just about teenagers, not really, because the teens have families too, dads, moms, amd their surroundings,” said Rako.
According to Dewa, this film is different than the average teenage movies about the same old things, so it’s a must-watch.
