JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Presenter and actor Desta Mahendra has shared a teaser video clip for his latest song, "NDOKASIN."

This song is the original soundtrack for Falcon Pictures' latest film, Warkop DKI: Viralin Doooong..!!.

Interestingly, the music video for Desta's song was directed by renowned director Dimas Djay.

In a post on his personal Instagram account, Desta expressed his pride at convincing the director to return to work on a music video.

"I'm so proud to have @dimas.djay make a music video for my song!! The last maestro made a music video for it over 10 years ago, and after that, he didn't want another one!!" Desta wrote.

Desta explained that the main reason Dimas Djay was willing to step in was because the director had an emotional connection to the history of Warkop DKI.

"Finally, he agreed because he turned out to be a huge Warkop fan and had a special story with Pakde Dono, Kasino, and Indro. Besides the fact that I was terrorized every day, of course!!" Desta joked in the caption of his post.

The film "Warkop DKI: Viralin Doooong..!!" is scheduled to be released simultaneously in cinemas across Indonesia starting June 11, 2026.

In this film, Desta Mahendra will play the legendary comedian, Dono.

He will star opposite Vino G. Bastian, who reprises his role as Kasino, and Tora Sudiro as Indro.

Desta's presence in this lineup brings a fresh perspective to the legendary comedy franchise, having previously played Dono in the Warkop DKI Reborn series, played by Abimana Aryasatya and Aliando Syarief.

Fans are still eagerly awaiting the full music video for "NDOKASIN."
