Jakarta - Singer Putri Ariani collaborated with Fadly Padi in producing the soundtrack for the second film Buya Hamka, Hamka & Siti Raham (Vol.2) entitled Cintaku Untukmu. In making the arrangements and writing the songs, he was assisted by the famous guitarist, Dewa Budjana.

Talking about the process of taking vocals for the song, apparently Putri did it very quickly, not even taking an hour. Putri also felt happy because she was helped by the GIGI guitarist.

"We only recorded it once, so it didn't take an hour. It felt like being accompanied by Uncle Dewa Budjana was really fun, because he also gave input, 'Putri, you'll be like this, okay? Anyway, Putri is really happy," said Putri Ariani while filming the video clip. at Studio Karno, Cimanggis Depok, West Java on Thursday (16/11/2023).

Putri can also adapt songs that existed several years ago. However, Putri did not experience any difficulties because she worked with love.

"Thank God, Putri loves what Putri does, so there are no (obstacles) because this is the song Cintamu Untukmu, why should it be difficult," said Putri Ariani.

Meanwhile, Fajar Bustomi, representing the production house Falcon Pictures, Starvision and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), said there was a reason why he invited Putri to sing on this soundtrack. Fajar believes that in making the film Buya Hamka, the best people must be involved, so that Putri Ariani was chosen, who has made Indonesia proud and has many achievements.

"So Buya Hamka is the chosen person of the national figure Ulama and is also a novel writer too. Yes, we know the greatness of Buya Hamka, so in Falcon Starvision and MUI the treatment in this film is really special. So whoever is involved is looking for the best people. For now "Yes, for me, Falcon and Putri are special young people who can make our country proud internationally. They are still young and can sing at the Palace on Independence Day. That is one of the points of our treatment of the film Buya Hankam, so we chose special people," explained Fajar Bustomi.

Fajar also said that the song selection was very suitable for Dewa Budjana and Fadly, the vocalist of Padi. Moreover, the song was very touching when written by Dewa and sung by Fadly who has a soothing voice.

"Even when we chose songs, thank God, many of them included songs from big bands, but we don't know why, when we gave them the notation, Mr. Bujana, we all shook, we got goosebumps, 'Oh, there's something special,' why can we appreciate it? Maybe the feeling that was given was the same. "God, maybe we can collaborate, with Mas Fadly's voice, the reason we choose is that the person who is the best when Putri is a proud singer, there's no doubt about that with Mas Fadly," he concluded.
