Hello Ghost Made Indonesian Version, Onadio Becomes Main Character

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia -- One of the South Korean box office films, Hello Ghost, will be available in the Indonesian version. This was announced by the production house and a number of actors involved in the project.

One of the actors involved is presenter and former vocalist of the band Killing Me Inside, Onadio Leonardo. Through his Instagram account, he shared snippets of the film.


"HELLO GHOST will be here as entertainment for all of you film lovers in Indonesia," Onad wrote in a photo statement, Sunday (4/4).


In the picture collage, you can see a number of names playing roles in the film adaptation, such as Enzy Storia, Tora Sudiro, Indro Warkop, Hesty Purwadinata, and others.


The film produced by Falcon Pictures was directed by Indra Gunawan. There is no word on when the film will be released.

Hello Ghost itself is a popular film from South Korea which was released in 2010. The film directed by Kim Young-tak won a number of awards, including best director at the 2011 BaekSang Arts Awards.


The film tells the story of the character Sang-Man (Cha Tae-hyun) who tries to commit suicide but fails. He was then treated at a hospital, and met a nurse, Jung Jun-yoo (Gang Ye-won).


While recovering from a suicide attempt, Sang-Man is able to see ghosts. He continues to be followed by four ghosts played by Lee Moon-so, Ko Chang-seok, Jang Young-nam, and Cheon Bo-keun.
