Jakarta: Celestial Movie has a special way to celebrate Mandarin star Andy Lau's birthday. They present an event titled The World of Andy Lau which takes place from 27 to 30 September 2020 throughout Asia.

In Indonesia, The World of Andy Lau event can be watched via the Klik Film streaming application. A number of films such as House of Flying Dagger, Fat Choi Spirit, The Bodyguard and Firestorm will be presented.

"There are many fans of Chinese films, especially Andy Lau fans, in Indonesia. It's great that KlikFilm can participate in celebrating Andy Lau's birthday by presenting his best films," said KlikFilm Director Frederica in a written statement.

Andy was born on September 27, 1961. He started his acting career through the film Once Upon A Rainbow in 1982. Throughout his career, Andy Lau has starred in dozens of films.

Not only in front of the screen, he is also active as a film producer and singer. In 2019, he released the film The White Storm 2 - Drugs Lord in which he served as the lead and producer.

Through the event The World Of Andy Lau, Frederica hopes to add an alternative viewing for moviegoers who are currently unable to go to theaters due to the corona pandemic.
