Falcon Pictures Dominates The 2019 Indonesian Film Festival Nominations List, What Are The Films? The Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) 2019 has officially announced the 21 nominations which will compete for the Citra Cup on 12 December. Interestingly, out of the 21 nominations, three films receives a significant number of nominations at the 2019 Indonesian Film Festival. The three films that get the most nominations are Bumi Manusia, Dua Garis Biru, and Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku. Bumi Manusia, directed by Hanung Bramantyo, receives a total of 12 nominations. While other Falcon Pictures films, namely My Stupid Boss 2 receives 3 nominations, and Si Doel The Movie 2 gets 2 nominations at the Indonesian Film Festival. In total, Falcon Pictures production house succeeds in getting 17 nominations at the 2019 Indonesian Film Festival. According to Warta Kota's notes, out of the 123 registered films, only 18 are nominated for the 2019 Indonesian Film Festival. In addition to Bumi Manusia, the best-selling film Dua Garis Biru and the film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku also receive 12 nominations. While the films Bebas, Gundala: Negeri Ini Butuh Patriot, and 27 Steps Of May each receives 9 nominations at the 2019 Indonesian Film Festival. Keluarga Cemara film receives 6 nominations, Ambu has 4 nominations, A Man Called Ahok gets 3 nominations, and Si Doel The Movie 2, Milly & Mamet and Pocong The Origin each with 2 nominations. Five other Indonesian films, namely Ave Maryam, Mantan Manten, Dread Out, Ghost Writer, and also Orang Kaya Baru each receives 1 nomination.
